Refunds

A full refund will be issued to you in case of cancellation 72 hours or more before the appointment.

In cases of cancellation within 48 hours your full payment will be credited towards rescheduling your next appointment.

No refund for 2nd cancellation.

 

We do virtual consults and we can reach you anywhere and we can adjust appointment times for national and international consults.

For some treatments such as pellet insertion, you will obviously have to be physically present in the clinic.
